Nepal wildlife Safari involves in many types of wildlife related activities to entertain wildlife enthusiastic. Nepal has great bio diversity in climatic and altitude variational. Trophy hunter can hunt Terai plain to the high mountain. Trophy hunting is exercised from three decade but still left as same condition. Very few peoples aware about this and involve in professional trophy hunting. Nepal Wildlife Safari would like to play great role in developing scope of trophy hunting different part of country. High number peoples involve in poaching. Basically, local peoples been doing hunting for meat purpose. As a result scope is shortening.
Nature & Wildlife Conservation:
Trophy hunting is the best way to conserve wildlife like country in Nepal. Create awareness to the local people or anyone who involve in poaching against. One day, introduce Nepal is the great hunting destination. Open other species for trophy hunting .We will also follow the modality of how USA, Canada, Uk and some African countries benefiting from trophy hunting. Definitely, it help growth of country economy creates jobs.
Firming Association:
For the protection of hunter right & use the sustainable use of nature and wildlife, an association may play vital role. This association would be representative to deal with different organization such as government and other organization who work for nature and wildlife Conservation. Deal with the government to build policy, rule and regulation.
State Game Council:
Department of National Park and wildlife Conservation is the only organization who regulate hunting. Beside this, trophy hunter from Nepal would deal government to build game council. It may play the important role to promote trophy hunting and wildlife Conservation.
Nepal Trophy Animal:
Nepal is a small country but offer huge natural diversity. Natural bio diversity consist from sea level to the high mountain Territorian. Being climatic and different altitude with in short distance can find different types of animal. We got many trophy Game animals such as a Blue sheep, Himalayan Tahr, Ghoral, Serow, Axis Deer, and Spotted Deer, Samber Deer and Black Buck and cheater. It is really shame that we are failing to use this resources properly. Huge number of peoples involves in poaching in Nepal for meat. Now, we have to understand, hunting is not for meat consumption. Hunting is for trophy, hunter spend a lot of money for this. This money would help for local peoples giving compensation, bringing community supporting program.
Our Future Plan:
Currently Nepal enjoy only one conservation hunting reserve known as a DHORPATAN HUNTING RESERVE. There is already several places undergoing to open for trophy hunting. Near future Kanchanjunga Region(Eastern north of Nepal) is opening and Api Saipal (Western North Nepal) Region is opening.
Few days ago I have spoken with local peoples and political party leader about establishment of conservation area. I found, peoples are very positive on it, when I told them about trophy hunting they understood and expressed solidarity to give hand.
Our Expectation from international Hunter:
Nepal will be paradise for hunter. One can enjoy hunting and at the same time a lot of natural beauty. You can hunt blue Sheep, Himalayan Tahr in the lap of above 8000 Meter mountain. For those who is interested and enjoying hunting share with us yours ideas and technical support as well as some financial support.
What we are doing now to stop poaching:
Since couple of year back,we are participating local peoples, using local guide support financial assistance to the local community . We are extremely discouraging local peoples anti poaching and illegal hunting. Now,at Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve no one involves in illegal hunting. Population of animal is highly growing. For example, we contribute Local peoples US$2200.00 for blue ship after hunting and US$1500 For Himalayan Tahr Hunting.
